On the Downside
Alabama's appearance against Florida State reveals a Tide on the downside of the pendalum swing. Lackluster would be a kind description.
What does Bama need? A new attitude would be a beginning.
Without a doubt fans have to remember we are a work in progress, but that work in progress desperately needs to show up for the game.
Shame on Bama Fans
It only takes one or two idiots to ruin a group's reputation. Bama fans, under Bryant, had class.
However, Bama fans that toss objects on the opposing team's players and fans for that matter belong somewhere else. Bama fans that make harrassing phone calls to the Bama coaching staff belong somewhere else.
If you are one of those fans, clean up your act or take a long hike and don't come back.
If we want to restore the glory days, we've got to restore the class days.
Roll Tide!
A New Day Dawns
Saturday, September 1, 2007 has come and gone. It arrived with anticipation by the Bama faithful, and it left with Crimson Pride. But the New Day Dawning now settles down to serious business at hand: Improving Every Week.
We have a Coach and staff dedicated to being the best, working hard, and diligently preparing these young men for any and all adversities in life.
The next adversity is VANDY. As Coach Stallings once stated, lose to Vandy and you'll learn how big the Vandy game is.
Saturday, September 8 is less than a week away. The first game is history. Now our focus is on the Commodores.
Nothing is ever a guarantee. Just as the Wolverines. Bama must work, prepare, and concentrate. Let's stay focused and get the Tide ready to ROLL!
