Pat Forde, Bill Curry

Pat Forde, Bill Curry, Et. Al:

How wonderful it must be to sit on your Almighty Throne of Judgment and cast down aspersions on us mere earthlings! While you are busying yourselves as “nattering nabobs of negativism” and pontificating invective but meaningless diatribes of hate and venom you call journalism, remember this simple truth, “He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone.”

Especially you, Mr. Curry, pause before you spew forth any more venomous, slanderous remarks about Nick Saban or the University of Alabama. Who can forget your last game at Alabama in the Sugar Bowl when you yanked Prince Wimbley by his jersey under his chin and chewed him out royally for the entire world to see. That was real, honest, true compassion and leadership!

But perhaps the most hideous judgment you made, Mr. Curry, was about Coach Saban’s honesty. Let’s see. When you called a team meeting at the University of Alabama before hopping on that plane to Kentucky, did you tell the players the purpose of that meeting or did they just assume it was a regular meeting? When did you know you were leaving? You walked into the meeting wearing a Kentucky Blue Blazer! Knowing your self-inflated ego and your propensity for being nattily attired, my hunch is it was a tailored blazer and not one you picked hastily off the rack.

Perhaps, Mr. Curry, you should just slither back into your dark hole until you find the legs to stand up and act like a gentleman.

The real truth for all you self-righteous pious judges is that you have forgotten what the L-rd warned us about: “Judge not, lest ye be judged.”

Mr. Forde, Mr. Curry, Et. Al: On Judgment Day when you stand before the L-rd to answer to your deeds as recorded in the Book of Life, remember your castigations and self righteous, pious, holier-than-thou attitudes. For your sins will find you out.
